We were once made fun of at a dinner party at our house for having “a lot of blankets” on our sofas. We do. While it’s something I’m not proud of, I do know the good from the bad. Throw blankets and I have a long history which started as a young professional trying to make my house look “decorated.” Then I met my husband who is solely about comfort and I had to get my act together and learn how to marry the two. I have found a blanket that I love for letting me do just that.

This blanket is made of 100% microfiber and is the definition of soft. So soft in fact that you might find yourself taking it to bed with you. Another pro is the lightweight nature which is great when you think about storing, folding or “throwing” to try to make your house look like it’s in Architectural Digest. You know what I’m talking about…throwing a blanket over the side of the sofa with delicate, organic sloppiness right before you karate chop your throw pillows on the top to make them look broken in (I don’t do this but I love watching it happen). This blanket will not leave a bunch of lint on your clothes (I have one that literally sheds faux fur) or snag like chunky cable knit. An extra bonus, it is easy to wash!

It’s fall so go ahead, watch some football, cuddle up with someone cool and relish in the comfort and warmth of this awesomeness.
